Schools and universities are dynamic environments with fluctuating needs for classroom, dormitory and administrative space. To manage increasing enrollments, permanent modular construction has emerged as a smart alternative to traditional construction. And mobile modular construction provides temporary swing space classrooms during renovation and new construction.
Our sustainable construction uses offsite manufacturing to prefabricate single or multi-story classrooms and buildings. Modules can be integrated into other site built projects or stand alone as a turn-key solution and can be delivered faster, more efficiently, than projects utilizing only site-built construction. Choose from a variety of options for interior and exterior finishes.
JEL offers a range of attractive high-quality classrooms and buildings to meet the needs of your school or university. The sustainable design is made possible by JEL’s rapid lean manufacturing construction process.
