Description of Work
As a Subcontractor to Hensel Phelps, JEL Management provided installation of all fabricated structures / modular apartment units and design-assist and construction work as required.
Installation of all modular barracks units and design-assist for a 4-story permanent modular building that meets Antiterrorist Force Protection requirements including progressive collapse. Installation included: Coordination with the Prime Contractor, Delivery Freight, Crane-set fully-furnished modular units, connect electrical and mechanical lines at mate lines, install chair rail in hallways, and installation of progressive collapse straps/anchors/bolts, finish carpentry, roof finish and flashing.
