Temporary modular leased building was needed to support the oversight of construction activities. The location of the temporary building is be on the footprint of an abandoned mobile home park. Power, communication, and water service is available adjacent to the site. Required site work included the demolition of two small buildings.
Work provided included:
12,240 square feet furnished modular office building with space for, Resident Engineer, Admin, Quality Assurance, and Operations staff.
Two dedicated restrooms w/showers inside the main building with a self-contained septic tank.
