Description of Work
Provide and manage the design and installation of twenty (20) 600SF modular homes on leased lots. Scope of Work included: developing floor plan and finishes in conjunction with the customer’s requirements, coordinating freight, connections to site utilities, coordinating with state inspectors for permitting, setting/leveling/anchoring modular homes, providing final utility connections (potable water, sanitary sewer, and electric) to the building, constructing decks and awnings, constructing CMU retaining wall and drainage ditches. Foundations, roofing, plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry and mill work, and full HVAC to comply with local environmental conditions.
