Description of Work
JEL management, LLC recently completed (2) buildings for Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas NV per Solicitation #FA3016-17-C-0063
First building was a 3,600 square foot classified (SCIF) building consisting of (4) 15’-0’’ x 60’-0’’ modular units. Building has an exterior rating of 50 STC plus from ground level to roof, mantrap, and communications system to support building.
Second building was a 6,360 square foot Administration building to support the Classified building. Administration building consisted of (9) 12’-0’’ x 60’-0’’ modular units.
Both buildings had the interiors finished on site, which consisted of finish of raw gypsum wallboard. Texture and paint, carpet tile and VCT in wet areas. Regular 2’ x 2’ ceiling grid and tile. Fully sprinkled, fire alarm and mass notification systems, communication systems to support all offices and system furniture. Aluminum steps/landings and ramp were provided for main entry, w/ steps/landings for rear egress.
